Ameya Preserve will be sustainable in every respect and will work closely with The Conservation Fund to ensure the protection of surrounding landscapes and waterways. All green building will be of sustainable design and all power will be wind-generated. Community greenhouses will grow organic produce that is healthful to residents and the environment alike. With detailed green building specifications, energy conservation initiatives and the largest “Go Zero” program ever created for a community, Ameya Preserve sets a new standard in environmentally conscious living. To maintain the balance of Ameya’s complex ecosystem, architects will provide detailed green building specifications and the most advanced energy-saving technology available. One hundred percent of power for Ameya Preserve will be wind-generated. Additionally, we will build micro-hydro and solar extensively throughout the green buildling and dedicate a small portion of our farmland to Montana land for sale. We envision extensive use of passive solar and photo-voltaic in our greenhouses and community buildings. We expect several buildings to be off the grid entirely in real estate Montana. Go Zero. Carbon dioxide’s impact on global warming and our need to find Big Sky real estate strategies to safely sequester CO2 are among the most important issues facing this planet.
