Alliances with leading environmental organizations ensure a strong ethic of stewardship for the Montana land and its wildlife in Paradise Valley, Montana real estate. We intend to hold the balance in a perpetual land trust, conserved for resident wildlife. Our Southwest Montana real estate for sale uses very carefully designed development as a funding source to save substantial and important land and wildlife. About 80 percent of our real estate in Montana will be placed in a conservation easement or open space set aside for wildlife in perpetuity. And, as we have undertaken to create amenities that are inherent to our green values, Bozeman, Montana real estate harnesses the power of private capital for public good—philanthropy, the arts, the sciences, Paradise Valley real estate in Montana, the humanities and Montana fly fishing. Ameya Preserve will endow an entity initially with $2 million in contributions linked to Western Montana real estate for sale and a projected $15 million at the conclusion of construction.
