Beth, Creative Director and Chief Executive Officer for Slifer Designs, has set the standard for mountain resort design for the last 23 years. Based in the Vail Valley, Slifer Designs currently employs 65 talented and experienced professionals who work in interior design, interior architecture and hospitality, the retail showroom and distribution center. Project highlights for Beth include Mayacama in Santa Rosa, CA, Roaring Fork Club in Basalt, CO, Red Sky Ranch in Wolcott, CO and Game Creek Club on Vail Mountain, CO.

Beth’s philosophy – “the final product of design in lifestyle” – has been infused into all aspects of Slifer Designs and interactions with clients. Beth’s entrepreneurial and businesswomen’s approach to design has attracted an impressive loyal client list and has earned a substantial amount of recognition from numerous national and regional publications.

Beth volunteers for several community boards and non-profit organizations in addition to funding projects that benefit the educational, economic and cultural goals of the community. Beth’s husband, Rod, is a principal owner of Slifer, Smith and Frampton, the leading real estate brokerage in the Vail Valley as well as Mayor for the Town of Vail. Beth and Rod along with their daughter Alexandra, reside in Vail. They love to travel, golf and ski on Vail Mountain. With the new ski equipment, Beth is finally able to keep up with her husband anywhere on the mountain.
